A lasting archive for taste memory.
Tatlas turns the places you visit and the notes belonging to those moments into an ordered, secure archive that lives on a map.
To forget a place is to forget the evening you spent there.
We visit dozens of restaurants, cafés and street kitchens each year. Yet a year later most of us cannot recall what we ate where, what we loved and why, or the reason we never returned somewhere. Photographs scattered through a phone gallery, recommendations lost in message threads and venues whose names have gone are all that remain.
Tatlas exists to close that gap. Our aim isn't to run a ratings site; it's to give you an archive where you keep your own food history, under your control and on your terms. What you share, and with whom, is your call from start to finish: publish records one by one, or make your account private so only followers you approve can see your profile.
Remembering what you ate and where is not merely keeping a list; it is mapping your own geography of taste.
